30mls Thomson Two Tone whisky
15mls Aperol
15mls Fruit lab Hibiscus Liqueur
20mls Fresh Orange Juice
10mls Fresh Lemon Juice
Add all ingredients to a shake and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled, absinthe rinsed coupe or martini glass and garnish with an edible flower.

TWO TONE GINGER, BY PEACH PIT

Fresh muddled ginger
15ml smoked ginger syrup
60ml Thomson Two Tone whisky
15ml Chambord
Muddle fresh ginger with smoked ginger syrup.
Add Thomson and Chambord.
Top with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Double strain into ice-filled glass.

WHITE WHISKY COBBLER, BY BEDFORD SODA & LIQUOR

White Whisky Cobbler;
30mls Thomson White Malt New Spirit
30mls Fresh Lemon Juice
15mls Honey Syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
Build in a highball glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a big mint sprig and mixed berries soaked in Shott blackcurrant and honey syrup making sure to include the syrup.

30ml Thomson Two Tone whisky
15ml PX Sherry
15ml Campari
2ml Caramel syrup
Orange garnish
Add all ingredients in a shaker to combine. Serve in an ice filled tumbler and garnish with orange peel.
