THOMSON IN-THYME

45ml Thomson Two Tone whisky
Bar spoon of local honey
10ml lemon juice
20ml soda water or to taste
Garnish with fresh thyme

Shake all ingredients and pour over ice. Top up with soda and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
